EPICuisines is committed to provide its community with quality services and products; however we understand that something’s are just out of our control and pray that you understand as well. To assist with some clarity we encourage you to review our terms and conditions before conducting in business with EPICuisines. Upon submission for any service or product you are acknowledging your review and agreement with all terms below.

1. About these terms
1.1 These Terms of Services (“Terms”), together with the EPICuisines Cooking Firm, LLC (EPICuisines) set out the terms and conditions that will apply when you place an order or conduct business through EPICuisines. We encourage you to confirm that you have read and accept these terms before you submit an order or utilize services with EPICuisines. Please note that these terms are subject to change, therefore it is recommended that your review, save or print a copy of the current terms and conditions prior to each order that you submit.

1.3 These Terms do not affect your legal (statutory) rights under your applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products.
2. Order and Acceptance
2.1 Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products or request services. Orders/Services are subject to EPICuisines acceptance and may be refused at EPICuisines discretion, for example in cases where:
orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided; services cannot be rendered due to availability or differences in views relating to health and spirituality.
there is an error on the web shop relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the web shop; or
the products/ services that you have ordered are no longer available through the web shop.
2.2 After EPICuisines receives your order and/or request, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact EPICuisines before you try to place another order or request for services for the same product.
2.3 You will receive an email when your order is being dispatched confirming that your order has been accepted.

3. Product Availability
3.1 EPICuisines will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products or services displayed on the website. For example information about prices, description or the availability of products and EPICuisines may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. EPICuisines will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.
4. Customer Cancellations/Returns and/or Changes
4.1 You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact EPICuisines. If your order has already been dispatched, (i) for the pre-order products you will be able to request a refund of the product as separately informed by EPICuisines, and (ii) for other products you will only be able to request a refund of the product: please see Return Policy.
4.2 If you wish to exchange or return for a refund a product that is sold and delivered to you by EPICuisines which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, which does not correspond to the description on the website, or which develops a fault after you receive it, you can do so within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
4.3 Order tracking
Upon shipment, your UPS Tracking number will be submitted to you via email for your tracking purposes.
4.4 We have a 72-hour cancellation policy for our public classes and there are no exceptions. If you cannot attend and you are within the 72-hour window before the workshop, you are more than welcome to send someone else in your place. Otherwise, you will forfeit your seat completely. We do not issue refunds, only credits towards other classes. Thus, if you do cancel 72 hours before the class, we keep your credit on file for you to use at a later date more to your convenience. This credit never expires.
Meal Planning & Consulting Services
4.6 We have a 72-hour cancellation policy for our consultations and there are no exceptions. If you cannot attend your scheduled meeting and you are within the 72-hour window, you may reschedule for a time that is compliments your schedule. If you are a no show and do not reschedule within the 75-hour time frame, you will forfeit you’re appointment completely. We do not issue refunds for consulting services. Thus, if you do cancel 72 hours before the appointment, we keep your credit on file for you to use at a later date more to your convenience. This credit never expires.
5. Liability to you
5.1 Nothing in these terms will exclude or limit liability to you for fraud or any other liability which the law states may not be excluded or limited.
5.2 EPICuisines will not be liable to you under a contract for:
any loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill;
any loss or corruption of or damage to data; or
any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either breach of a contract or breach of legal duty of care.
