Just completed my tracking and I am proud to announce that since I began my healthy meal prep services on September 1, 2014, I have successfully sold 1,000 individual trays as of today with a monthly average of 185 trays per month!!!

So happy to report for the 1st time in a long time that the doctor visit with my mom today DID NOT land us in the emergency room...typically when we do her 3mos checkup her blood pressure is so high they send us by ambulance to the hospital but NOT today...can you say HEALTHY readings across the board!!!!
